Whether you are a complete beginner to exercising and lifting weights in particular or a seasoned athlete who dominates in the gym, Awaken Your Movement focuses on training with intention. We start from the very beginning, walking you through the foundation of proper movement patterns along with exercise science and skeletal muscle education. For veteran movers who feel injured, exhausted, or frustrated with performance, we invite you start again with our beginners and re-establish your movement practice so that you can continue for a lifetime.
This is also for those who exercise regularly, like running or taking bootcamp classes, etc., but aren't seeing the results they'd expect. What works for one person and body type may not work for you! Our mission is to help you find that sweet spot of enjoying your bio-individual training routine with the added bonus of yielding the body you want - one full of energy, health, and vitality.
